How it works

From our tower to your roof, over the air.

  1. 1

    Transmitting tower

Sectorial antennas on our towers radiate high-capacity signal toward your area.

  2. 2

    Dedicated radio link

A point-to-multipoint microwave link connects the tower directly to your location.

  3. 3

    Compact receiver

A small receiver on your roof or facade delivers the internet to your router. Professional installation — no trenches, no external cabling.

⌖ Requires line of sight to one of our towers — we validate it at no cost before installing.

FAQ

What everyone asks before installing.

What do I need to install it?

An elevated spot (roof or facade) with line of sight to our tower, and a nearby power outlet. Our technician installs the compact receiver, runs the cable to your router and verifies the signal before activating the service.

How long does installation take?

Days, not weeks. No trenching, no construction permits, no street cabling. We first validate coverage and line of sight at no cost, then schedule the installation visit.

Does weather affect the service?

The link is designed to operate in rain. Only extreme weather events may cause temporary degradation — our NOC monitors the network and restores service.

Does it work for streaming, video calls and gaming?

Yes. HD streaming uses ~5 Mbps and 4K ~25 Mbps, so even entry plans handle daily use. And since the signal comes from a nearby tower — not a satellite — latency is far lower than satellite internet: good for video calls and online gaming.

Is the speed guaranteed?

Plans are offered as "up to" the contracted speed: distance to the tower and obstacles play a role. That is why we measure the signal on site before installing and tell you exactly what to expect — no surprises.
